Med Tech Compliance Information

Please note that Med Tech no longer vets national conferences, focusing exclusively on international events.
While the presence of international faculty at a conference may align with Med Tech criteria, the conference is still classified as a national event.
We are committed to adhering to all Med Tech regulations for the conferences we organise.
This ensures that participating companies can navigate their internal compliance processes and confidently support these events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By completing the booking form, you accept the following terms & conditions:
• All bookings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• The Congress Organisers will revert within 24-48 hours of receipt of your booking form.
• If your first choice of sponsorship is not available, you will be notified within 24-48 hours and your second choice will be confirmed (if available).
• An official cost estimate will be issued upon receipt of your completed booking form.
• A PO number or written approval is required within 30 days of receipt of your official Cost Estimate.
• Full payment is due 30 days from date of invoice unless alternative payment terms have been arranged with the organisers.
• Should payment not be received by the due date the congress organiser reserves the right to release and resell the stand position and / or sponsorship opportunity.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please forward all cancellations in writing to the congress secretariat.
• Cancellations received before 13 February 2026, will result in a 50% refund of the total invoice cost.
• All cancellations received after 14 February 2026, will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
