Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- All submissions must be made online via the website; submissions sent by email will not be considered.
- Please note that all submissions will be reviewed by the congress organising committee and selected for inclusion in the programme based on scientific review criteria and availability within the congress programme. Incomplete submissions will not be eligible for review and selection.
- The Committee reserves the right to reassign a submission as an oral or poster presentation, regardless of the preference indicated during submission.
- Presenting authors of accepted submissions are responsible for registration fees, travel, and accommodation. Sponsorship is not provided by the Organising Committee; presenters are encouraged to seek their own if required.
Submission Deadlines
- The deadline for abstract submissions is 6 March 2026. Registrars are especially encouraged to submit.
- The corresponding author will be notified by email of the review outcome. All submissions will be acknowledged, with acceptance or rejection letters sent by 31 March 2026.
- Full registration, including payment, must be completed by 22 April 2026.
Submission Structure
- Submissions must be in English only.
- The abstract title should be in sentence case and not exceed 25 words.
- The abstract body should be in paragraph form and not exceed 350 words. Abstracts submitted in ALL CAPS will not be considered.

The abstract should include the following subheadings:
• Introduction: should be brief and informative and state the aim of the study.
• Methodology: include a description of sample/participants and research methodology, including statistical analysis.
• Results: outline the findings of the study supported by statistics as appropriate. Provide relevant data aligned to the aims and conclusions. Do not use figures, graphs, or tables in the abstract. A short discussion may be added if appropriate.
• Conclusion: provide summary and relevance of the main findings. - Provide the full name, surname, affiliation, and country of all authors, listing the presenting author first. Do not include qualifications. Ensure all authors have approved their inclusion.
- Carefully proofread the abstract for spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy before submission. All accepted abstracts will be published as submitted.
- Complete all required fields on the online submission form accurately.
Presenter Responsibilities
- The submitting author is considered the presenting author and will serve as the corresponding author.
- In case of emergency, an alternative presenter may be nominated.
- Presenting authors are responsible for their registration fees. Accepted submissions will only be included in the programme once full registration and payment have been completed by 22 April 2026.
- Abstracts not complying with the required format will not be published.
- Prizes for the best abstract presentations by will be awarded at the main social function.
Oral Presenter Guidelines
- Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint, using the standard presentation size and format.
- Additional information will be provided upon acceptance of the abstract.
Poster Presenter Guidelines
- Posters will be required in both digital and printed formats.
- The PowerPoint slide will serve as the master file and should be used for both digital submission and printing to ensure consistency.
- Posters should be professionally printed and brought to the congress venue by the presenter.
- Printed posters will be displayed for the full duration of the congress, while the digital version will be used for the presentation.
- Additional information will be provided upon acceptance of the abstract.
